Get the ClientCross-border connectivity and international VPN routes, with automatic route selection to stay connected across your everyday devices; no logs and unlimited simultaneous devices.
Platform and service names are shown for illustrative purposes only. Availability, regional content, and account access depend on each service's rules and should be verified with an actual connection.
During peak hours, check sustained connections first. A webpage loading successfully does not guarantee smooth video playback or long sessions. Your experience at busy times can also depend on your local network, your provider's routing, and the destination service's response. With VPNRest, start by enabling automatic route selection in the client, then test connections with the websites, videos, or work services you use every day. If only one app has an issue, check its regional requirements first. If several apps are affected, try another route in the same region to avoid unnecessary settings changes.
Compare IEPL dedicated lines, relayed routes, and direct connections by use case. Route types describe how a connection is routed, not how fast it will be on every network. Dedicated lines focus on the organization of cross-border links; relayed routes connect the access and exit points; direct routes use a more direct international connection. Start with your target region, then test at the times you typically use the service. If a route works well for work or streaming, there's no need to switch just because another route has a more complex name.
Learn More →No logs, with a straightforward account setup. VPNRest's privacy statements are consistent with its service policy: no logs. You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Connecting to the service and managing your account are separate processes. For details on how necessary business information—such as plans, orders, and support tickets—is handled, read the Privacy Policy. On public networks, check website addresses and browser warnings, and keep your account password secure. Network acceleration cannot replace the destination website's own account security settings.
Unlimited simultaneous devices, with data usage based on your plan. Manage work on your computer, reading on your tablet, and everyday browsing on other devices under one account. VPNRest supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, so there's no need to plan around device limits. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data: usage across all devices counts toward your plan's allowance. Before downloading large files or streaming for extended periods, check your remaining data in the user panel and choose a monthly plan or data package to suit your needs.
Learn More →For AI tools, keep your exit region consistent. When using services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Midjourney, network connectivity is only one part of the equation. Availability in your region, your account's region, and your browser session can all affect access. VPNRest provides international routes as a connection path. Check the tool's service regions first, choose the appropriate region, and try to keep the same exit region once access works. Network acceleration does not grant a tool subscription or guarantee that its account checks will be passed.
Streaming access and refund coverage are separate considerations. Services such as Netflix and Disney+ show catalogs based on your exit region, content licenses, and account status. A working connection does not guarantee that every title will play. Choose the target region, open the specific title, and test playback, subtitles, picture quality, and sustained viewing. VPNRest offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy, so you can make an informed service choice; see the Refund Policy for instructions. This does not change streaming platforms' own content licenses, payment rules, or device requirements.
Learn More →110+ countries / 240+ routes. Choose your destination region, compare route types, then test with the services you use.
If you mainly browse international websites, start with a region you use often and check whether page loads, file transfers, and sustained connections meet your needs. For AI tools or streaming services with regional requirements, prioritize the service's rules rather than choosing only by geographic distance. Route examples are listed below; check the user panel and client for currently available options.
When troubleshooting a connection, keep other conditions the same where possible. Compare routes in the same region on the same device and network before deciding whether to switch regions. This helps distinguish routing issues from account access issues. Reopen the destination service to test after switching. If it still shows the previous region, check existing sessions and app caches rather than judging access by the route name alone.

Download clients and manage subscriptions in the user panel. Sign in to access your subscription; subscription links are not shown on public pages.
To get started, create an account, then choose your operating system in the downloads section of the user panel. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. After signing in, you can access the client download links, except on iOS, where access depends on an eligible plan. Select the option for your device and follow the panel's installation instructions instead of searching for an installer elsewhere.
Once installation is complete, sign in to the panel to get your subscription and import it into the client. Your subscription link contains account access credentials, so keep it as carefully as you would a password; don't include it in public screenshots or shared documents. You can manage multiple devices under one account, but check the connection status on each device separately. See the guide for the full process. For import or update issues, follow the relevant troubleshooting steps in the Help Center.

Get the ClientMonthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Simultaneous devices are unlimited, so choose mainly based on your typical usage and data needs.
¥9.9 / month
Suitable for browsing, research, and text-based tools. If you stream video regularly or download large files, consider your actual data usage before choosing.
¥18 / month
Suitable for a mix of work and streaming. Check your usage history in the panel to see whether it fits your needs; the number of devices alone doesn't determine how much data you need.
¥28 / month
Suitable for more frequent video streaming, file transfers, or multi-device use. The higher allowance still needs to be managed based on your usage; this is not an unlimited-data plan.
Data packages stay valid until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Unlike monthly plans, which reset each month, these packages suit less predictable usage and let you use data over time. Consider your usage pattern before choosing; prices for plans with different billing periods are not directly comparable as discounts.
When you upgrade a monthly plan, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before changing tiers, check the result shown in the user panel and confirm the change. Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. See the Plans page for plan details and the Refund Policy for refund instructions. Don't use the client's connection status to infer whether an order has been completed.
VPNRest focuses on details you can verify: route coverage, supported platforms, data allowances, device rules, and refund terms. For everyday users, connecting on your own network and testing your usual websites and apps is more useful than comparing plan names alone. Automatic route selection can simplify everyday use. If a service requires a specific region, keep your exit region consistent.
“Free VPN” is a common search starting point, but for long-term use, check the paid plans and data rules. The monthly plans and data packages listed here have clear prices. “Start Free” takes you to the account creation process; it does not mean paid plans are free forever or that data is unlimited. Create an account without an email address, then view plans, client downloads, and subscription access in the panel before choosing what suits your needs.
Start with importing your subscription, then learn about route selection and service regions. Read about the issue you're facing; you don't need to understand every networking term first.
A subscription link gives your client access to the routes available with your account. This article explains where to find it, how to import it, when to update it, and what to do if it is exposed. If you've installed the client but aren't sure what to do next, start here.
