Don't rely on details from a previous order.
Create an account with a username and password; no email address is needed. Keep your login details safe. You'll need the same account to view orders, access your subscription, and submit support tickets. Existing users can sign in from the navigation without creating another account.
After completing payment, return to the user panel to check the order status and plan details in your account. Don't assume the service is active based only on the checkout confirmation. Once the plan is confirmed, access your subscription and follow the client instructions to import it. Downloads are available in the panel. Keep your subscription link private and don't post it in public forums.
If the payment record and order status don't match, keep the relevant order details and payment receipt, then explain the status you see in a support ticket.
