Services and Scope
VPNRest provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscriptions, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is designed to improve network connection paths; it does not include memberships, content licenses or other benefits from third-party services.
Coverage includes 110+ countries / 240+ routes. The user panel shows the routes currently available to choose from. Coverage does not mean that every route is suitable for every website; access results are also affected by the destination service's regional rules, account requirements and local network. Before use, review plan prices and the applicable details.
Accounts and Subscription Rules
Creating an account does not require an email address; a username and password are all you need. Users must keep their login credentials and subscription links secure and must not disclose, transfer or share their account or subscription with others. Reselling routes or using a personal subscription to provide paid access to others is also prohibited.
Unlimited simultaneous devices are permitted for the account holder's own devices; this does not allow account sharing among multiple people. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Choose a plan based on your actual usage, and check the order price, data allowance and billing method before payment.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any regions involved in their use of the service, as well as the rules of the websites they visit. Using the service for fraud, infringement, distributing illegal content, unauthorized system access or other unlawful activity is prohibited.
Users must not send malware or spam through the routes, launch network attacks, or harm other users or third-party systems through automated abuse or similar activity. Users are responsible for confirming that the content they access is lawful and properly authorized; network connectivity does not grant permission to access or use third-party content.
Availability and Limitation of Responsibility
Connection quality may be affected by factors such as the local network, carrier routing, device settings, destination website status and maintenance. VPNRest does not guarantee connections at all times, in all regions or to all services, nor does it guarantee a fixed speed or the continued availability of specific content. If a problem occurs, check your client settings and try switching to a suitable route.
Third-party websites may change their regional checks, content catalogs or account rules; VPNRest does not control such changes. This service does not keep logs. Responsibility is determined under applicable law; these terms do not exclude any liability that cannot legally be limited or any statutory user rights.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If VPNRest identifies unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious attacks or other serious violations of these terms, it may suspend relevant connections, restrict account features or terminate the service in response to the risk. Necessary protective measures may be taken first when conduct could cause ongoing harm to the network or others' rights.
Users who disagree with an action may explain the situation and provide necessary information through the support ticket portal in the user panel. Restrictions should be proportionate to the actual risk. Service ending because a subscription has expired or its data has been used up should not be treated as termination for a violation.
Changes to These Terms and Refunds
If service changes or legal requirements make revisions necessary, VPNRest will update this page and its last-updated month. Changes affecting important user rights will be explained through an in-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights users have already acquired under applicable law.
